About

Paul HopkinsCustomer Futurology aims to be an enabler and discussion forum around the current and future issues surrounding the customer experience both online and offline.

I’m Paul Hopkins and I have developed Customer Futurology. I started Customer Futurology in 2010 but have been involved in the field of call centres, customer services and customer experience for over 14 years.

I have been fortunate enough to have worked for some very well known brands; ranging from online gaming to loyalty and travel.

I am a real person

I live between London and Berlin; so it goes without saying, I like travelling. In my spare time, I enjoy socialising, reading, swimming and cycling. (Not all at the same time)

Knowledge Sharing

I have contributed to many conferences around the world and enjoy sharing my knowledge with others to help them provide a better customer service to their customers.

If you wish to  contact me, I would be delighted to hear from you, you can contact me directly via the contact page.
